Hello! I’m Taka, a licensed interpreter-guide based in Hokuriku region, including Kanazawa and Fukui.
My specialty is food and local culture, especially Japanese cuisine. I hold a diploma in Edomae sushi, and I enjoy sharing not only the taste but also the craftsmanship and stories behind it.
I also love driving tours that connect you with nature—coastal roads, mountains, and hidden local spots. In my free time, I enjoy hiking and cycling so I can introduce you to some great outdoor experiences as well.
